Last December craft students at Ancaster Day Centre enjoyed a taster session of Christmas Floristry with WEA tutor Charlotte Ellis.

Using cones, fir branches and greenery straight from the Ancaster Day Centre garden, (as well as a few other glitzy bits and pieces!) students were taught how to assemble table decorations, wreaths and festive arrangements for gifts for family and friends.

The session was helped by the kind donation of fir branches from Fillingham Christmas Trees. This is a family run christmas tree farm situated just outside Gainsborough and the staff were very helpful and generous in their donation.
